As an alumnus of the University of Cincinnati Engineering School and over three decades of experience, I specialize in developing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and plant floor integration solutions.

Starting as an analyst at Fortech, LLC, I have risen to the role of President, driven by my expertise in OEE tracking, LEAN manufacturing, and reliability engineering. I have also led numerous integration projects, using innovative problem-solving to enhance plant floor efficiency and quality compliance.

One of my key achievements is establishing global standards to support our applications 24/7, enabling our small, dedicated team to consistently outperform Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Our company prides itself on a great culture and low turnover, with many employees boasting over a decade of experience.

With an eye on the future, I have been leading cutting-edge development work in the AI space to make plant floor data accessible for machine learning, vision, and complex data analysis using chat interfaces.
