My career journey began in 2000 after earning my Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Recognizing the importance of continuous learning, I furthered my education by pursuing a Master of Science in Information Systems from the same institution in 2014. This educational foundation, combined with my technical proficiency and business acumen, has been instrumental in my success. With over two decades of experience in database design, client/server application development, and project management, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role.

Since joining Fortech in 2001, I have had the privilege of contributing to both the company’s technical innovation and operational success. Throughout my tenure, I have held various roles, starting as an analyst and advancing to Senior Consultant, System Architect, and ultimately Director of Business Operations. I played a key role in the development of Fortech’s original Manufacturing Execution System (MES), which served as the foundation for our manuFACT™ MES system.

As the Director of Business Operations, I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions that keep Fortech running smoothly and efficiently. This includes optimizing internal processes and ensuring our business strategies align with client needs and market trends. Working closely with leadership, project management, and development teams, I ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. I am deeply involved in developing operational policies and long-term business goals to drive growth and maintain Fortech’s competitive edge in the market. In my current role, I focus on streamlining our systems and processes to effectively meet the evolving needs of our clients and partners.
